We are an exciting small CPG business that has experienced unprecedented growth and media exposure in the last few years. As we continue to grow we are looking for a smart, high energy, media savvy Assistant Brand Manager with excellent communication proficiency and a creative spirit who is not afraid to learn new skills to assist us in building and conveying our brand message to supermarket buyers, potential investors and the ultimately the consumer. You will be working directly with our VP of CPG and will be wearing many different hats and calling on your creativity daily. A typical year might look like:
New Year – Create and distribute original content using all the modern digital tools at our disposal: You will use Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Outbrain daily to ensure our content and ads are seen by our target demographic while simultaneously working with our PR team, to ensure the content we create is relevant, fresh and on target.
Early Spring – Most Supermarkets reset their shelves in early spring to get ready for the rush that is the summer. At this point in the year you will be the liaison between our production and logistics team and the supermarket buyers ensuring any new products we happen to be launching are rolled out smoothly and on time.
Summer – During the summer you will be responsible for setting up demos at our more successful accounts and making sure they coincide with online and in store promotions. Summer is also trade show season in the food industry so you will be an integral member of our team at the Summer Fancy Food Show in NYC. This is will include, set-up, show attendance, meeting and selling to existing and potential customers as well as shopping the show to spot emerging trends.
Fall – Equipped with the information and data gathered from the analysis of our marketing campaign, feedback from customers and along with intuition on emerging trends you will start to work with our production team on new flavor and product development.
End Year – After developing new flavors and products with our in-house production team you will book meetings and travel with our VP of CPG to our existing supermarket customers and leverage new flavors and success to gain new ones.

Requirements:
​
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business.
​
-Experience and/or certifications in Google Analytics and Ad Words.
​
-Internship or work experience in marketing, advertising and/or brand management.
​
-Must be self-proclaimed “foodie” and willing to try many different and unique foods from many different cultures.
​
-An entrepreneurial drive.
