-Our packs ship via FedEx 2 day service every Tuesday and Wednesday.

-Orders received by noon EST ship same day.

-Orders received after noon EST ship the next available ship day. 

-All orders received after noon EST on Wednesday are shipped the following Tuesday.

-We ship to the Continental 48 states and Washington DC.

-We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes.

-We pack all frozen orders with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen solid well into the evening of delivery date. Once you receive the shipment you should open it immediately and move the food contents to your freezer.

WARNING: There will be dry ice in your package. Please by careful when removing your treats and avoid touching the dry ice with your bare hands. For your safety, please do not remove the dry ice from the cooler. Do not place the dry ice directly on your counter top or in the freezer. Leave the cooler in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets and the dry ice will evaporate.
